Microwave Potatoes

   Slice potatoes medium thin and onions in rings.

   In microwave dish put single layer of potatoes, then layer of onions.

   Sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic salt and dot with butter.

   Continue to layer potatoes and onions topped with seasonings and butter to fill dish.

   Cover.

   Cook on High about 5 minutes.

   Test for doneness. Cook about 5 minutes more; test again.
