   Combine vegetables and water in 2-quart casserole dish.

   Cook, covered, on full power 5 to 7 minutes or until vegetables are almost tender.

   Cook on full power 4 to 5 1/2 minutes, or until meat is not pink.

   Stir halfway through cooking.
