Microwave Easy Meat Loaf

   Mix ingredients except ketchup in a casserole dish.

   Spread meat out in pan leaving an opening in the center.

   Place a small glass in the center of the meat.

   This allows the meat loaf to cook better.

5. 5

   Spread ketchup over the top of the meat.

6. 6

   Cook on High for 20 minutes.

   Let stand for about 5 minutes.

8. 8

   If not done, cook another 5 minutes.
