Mickeys Famous Cheeseball

   With a stand or hand mixer, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.

   Chop the dried beef into small pieces and add it to the cream cheese and beat to combine.

   Chop the green onions into small pieces and add to the mixture.

   Combine and then form into a ball.

   Refigerate until ready to serve with Triscuits or other hearty crackers.
