   Put the filling of your choice in the rice and mould into a ghost shape by hand.

   The shape is like a leaf.

   Cut out round pieces of nori for the ears and stick on the cheese.

   Cutting the cheese along the outline of the nori with a toothpick will give a nice finish.

   Cut out the eyes, ears and mouth.

   If you like, use ham, carrot or crab sticks to make a tongue.

   As an extra, cut a red wiener sausage into an octopus shape and boil.

   Give it a ghost's face for effect!
