Mezze Penne Pasta In A Pecorino Sauce

   Bring a stockpot of water to a boil.

   Add 1 tablespoon of salt and the pasta and stir.

   While the pasta is cooking, melt the butter in a small saucepan, add the pecorino cheese and allow it to melt, adding the milk, stir the sauce well.

   Drain the pasta when 'al dente.'

   Place the pasta in a wide saucepan, add the sauce and stir well to season completely on low-medium heat.

   Add some black pepper and serve immediately.
