Mexican Pot Roast

   Put tenderizer on meat.

   Sprinkle on cumin to your taste; it sometimes is strong.

   Sprinkle on garlic powder (2 teaspoons). Put onions on meat.

   Cover with salsa.

   Bake at 350u00b0 until tender. Slice it and serve with flour tortillas (warm as directed on package).

   Serve with Mexican rice.
