2 Tbsp. oil
1 bell pepper, chopped and seeded
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. wide egg noodles
1 small can mushrooms
1 c. grated Longhorn cheese
2 cans tomato sauce
1 bottle stuffed olives (optional)
1 small can corn Niblets

Cook onion and pepper in oil until light brown.

Add beef and cook until done; sprinkle with salt and chili powder.

Add tomato sauce and 1/4 cup water; simmer 1/2 hour.

Add cooked noodles, corn, mushrooms and sliced olives.

Add half of cheese and turn into casserole dish.

Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and cook 20 to 30 minutes at 350u00b0.
