2 cups Cooked Cubed Checken
2 cups Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese, Divided
1- 1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
8 ounces, weight Sour Cream
1 whole Small Onion, Chopped, Divided
4 ounces, weight Chopped Green Chilies, Divided
1 can (10 Oz. Size) Cream Of Chicken Soup
1 cup Salsa
⅔ cups Milk

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cook manicotti according to package directions.

Combine chicken, 1 1/2 cups jack cheese, cheddar, sour cream, 1/2 of chopped onion and 1/2 of the chilies.

Combine soup, salsa, milk, remaining onion and chilies.

Spread half in a 13 x 9 casserole dish.

Stuff manicotti with chicken mixture and place on top of sauce.

Pour remaining sauce over top.

Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.

Uncover and sprinkle with remaining jack cheese.
