Mexican Cheesecake

   Preheat the oven to 375u00b0F.

   Spray the bottom of a casserole dish with the spray and lay out one package of crescent rolls. Place in oven for about 2-3 minutes just to lightly bake.

   Place the cream cheese in a microwavable dish if it isn't soft and microwave for about 30 seconds. Spread over the lightly baked crescent rolls.

   In another bowl add the melted butter, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla and stir. Spread that mixture over the cream cheese and top with the remaining crescent rolls.

   In a smaller bowl add the remaining 1/4 cup of sugar and cinnamon and stir. Sprinkle the mixture over the top dough and bake for 20-25 minutes.
