1 lb. ground beef or chuck
12 oz. Monterey Jack, grated
1 can tomatoes or 2 or 3 fresh tomatoes

Saute onion and brown meat; add spices, tomato ingredients and chilies.

Add beans and simmer 20-30 minutes.

In large baking dish place a layer of chips, then a layer of meat sauce, and then a layer of grated cheese.

Bake at 350u00b0 until cheese bubbles; then add sour cream by dropping tablespoons around dish.

Bake another 5-10 minutes.
