   In a small bowl, combine onion soup mix, chili sauce, grape jelly and water.

   In skillet, brown ground beef with green pepper over medium-high heat; drain. Stir in soup mixture. Bring to a boil over high heat.

   Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until slightly thickened. Serve on rolls.
