Melon And Strawberry Salad

   Prepare the melon by cutting them in half and discarding the seeds by scraping them out with a spoon.

   Use a melon baller to scoop out the flesh into balls. Alternatively, you can use a knife to cut them into cubes. Place these in a fruit bowl.

   Rinse and take the stems off of the strawberries, twisting them so that they remove the hull at the same time. If the hull remains inside, use a sharp, fine knife to cut it out. Cut the fruit in half and add them to the bowl.

   Mix together the lemon juice and honey and add 1 tbs of water to make this easier to pour over the fruit. Mix into the fruit gently.

   Sprinkle the chopped mint over the top of the fruit and serve.
