(10 ounce.) minced broccoli or possibly frzn leaf spinach; 2 lbs. hamburger; 2 Large eggs; 3/4 c. soft bread crumbs (about 1 slice); 1/4 c. catsup; 1/4 c. lowfat milk; 1/2 teaspoon salt; 1/4 teaspoon pepper; 1/4 teaspoon dry oregano leaves; 1 teaspoon salt (over broccoli); 1 pkg. (3 ounce.) smoked ham, sliced; 3 slices Mozzarella cheese

1 pkg. (10 ounce.) minced broccoli or possibly frzn leaf spinach
2 lbs. hamburger
2 Large eggs
3/4 c. soft bread crumbs (about 1 slice)
1/4 c. catsup
1/4 c. lowfat milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon dry oregano leaves
1 teaspoon salt (over broccoli)
1 pkg. (3 ounce.) smoked ham, sliced
3 slices Mozzarella cheese

Rinse frzn broccoli, drain.

Mix hamburger, Large eggs, bread crumbs, catsup, lowfat milk, 1/2 tsp.

Pat hamburger mix into rectangle, 12 x 10 inches on piece of aluminum foil, 18 x 15 inches.

Arrange broccoli on hamburger mix to within 1/2 inch of edge.

Roll up rectangle carefully, beginning at 10 inch side and using foil to lift.

Press edges and ends of roll to seal.

Lift with foil into shallow pan.

Cook uncovered in 350 degree oven for 1 1/4 hrs.

Overlap cheese on top; cook about 1 minute till it melts.
