1 cup crumbled saltines

3/4 cup milk

2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. pepper

If mixture seems too dry, add a little more milk.

Shape into a loaf and bake in a flat dish at 325u00b0 for 1 hour 30 minutes or until done.

Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing. May pour 8 oz. can of tomato sauce over meat before baking.
