1 lb ground beef
12 lb sausage (I prefer mild)
1 ½ cups cracker crumbs
2 medium onions, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 stalks celery, finely chopped
1 egg, beaten
¼ cup milk
½ cup catsup
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon pepper
2 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce

Combine ground beef, sausage, cracker crumbs, onions, garlic and celery, then add egg, milk, catsup, salt and pepper.

Mix together well and press into 1 1/2 quart baking dish.

Bake 1 hour in a preheated 350 degree oven, then pour tomato sauce over top and bake 15 minutes longer.
