300g Lamb minced
2 tbsp Onion chopped
1/2 tsp Garlic chopped
1/2 sprig Parsley chopped
1/2 sprig Mint chopped
1/2 tsp Pepper pwd
1/2 tsp Mustard pwd
2 Egg yolks
Oil for frying
FOR SAUCE
2 tbsp Onions chopped
2 tbsp Garlic chopped
2 tsp Celery chopped
1/2 cup Tomato puree
2 tbsp Tomato ketchup

Mix lamb, onions, garlic, parsley and mint.

Add the seasoning and egg yolks.

Divide the mixture into small portions and shape into ocktail sized balls.

Fry well in moderately hot oil.

Remove and keep aside.

TO PREPARE THE SAUCE

Heat oil in a pan.

Add the onions and garlic and aaute for sometime.

Add celery, tomato puree and tomato ketchup.

Mix well to form a smooth sauce.

Toss in the fried meatballs.

Remove & serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
