Ingredients: -meatballs-; 1lb ground beef; 2 med eggs; 1 pack onion soup mix; fresh chopped garlic; 1 & a half cup ground saltines or dried bread crumbs; add any other herbs/spices to taste; -rice-; measure whatever type rice you have for four servinngs and do same for the water; salt; butter or margerine; 2 cans mushroom soup mix; half cup of milk

fry low for 10 minutes on each side then place in preheate oven of 300 and bake until done

prepare your rice,put it in a large pot, add soup to rice with milk and mix,throw meatballs in the rice and stir on low and serve when heated.
