Meatballs

1/4 cup KRAFT* Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/4 cup fresh breadcrumbs
1 egg
1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
1/4 cup chopped Italian parsley
extra KRAFT* Grated Parmesan Cheese, for sprinkling

Heat the oil in a large saucepan over a medium heat.

Add the onion, potato, carrot and celery to the pan and cook for 2 minutes.

Add bones, water, tomatoes, Vegemite* and paste.

Bring to the boil then cover and simmer for 50 minutes.

Combine the mince, parmesan, breadcrumbs, egg and herbs in a bowl.

Form into 18 balls.

Heat the remaining oil in a frying pan over a medium-high heat.

Cook meatballs 8-10 minutes or until cooked.

Add to soup along with fresh parsley and serve topped with extra parmesan.
