Meat Stuffed Peppers

   Cut the peppers in half, and take out the seeds.

   Finely chop the onion.

   Combine with the ground pork, salt and soy sauce, and mix well until it's sticky.

   Dust the bell peppers lightly with flour (not listed) and stuff with the meat mixture.

   Heat a pan, and start frying the peppers meat side down first over medium heat.

   When the meat is browned, turn the peppers over and fry until the meat is cooked through.
