1 1/2 lbs. grnd beef
1/2 c. minced green pepper
1/2 c. minced onion
1 teaspoon salt
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. white bread crumbs
1/2 c. lowfat milk
2 Large eggs
1/4 c. fat
2 c. whole wheat bread crumbs
1/2 c. minced celery
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
3/4 c. meat stock or possibly water
1/2 c. minced pecans

Combine beef with green pepper, onion, salt, sauce, white bread crumbs, lowfat milk and 1 egg.

Place 1/2 of this mix in bottom of greased loaf pan.

Combine 1 egg, fat, whole wheat bread crumbs, celery, black pepper, and meat stock or possibly water.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs and cold slightly before removing from pan.
