1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 medium tomatoes, peeled and sliced
6 slices American cheese
3 egg whites
1 c. dairy sour cream
3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
3 egg yolks
