Meat Loaf Magnifique

   Beat egg in a deep mixing bowl.

   Break up hamburger in a bowl and add salt and pepper to taste.

   Add 1/4 cup catsup, onions, pickle, cracker crumbs and milk.

   Mix all ingredients and form into a loaf.

   Put in a roasting pan and bake 1 1/2 hours at 350u00b0.

   The pan should be covered with tinfoil.

   If loaf seems too dry, just add a little more milk.

   If too wet, add more crumbs.

   Remove the tinfoil the last 5 minutes and cover with catsup.
