Meat Loaf

   Set oven at 350u00b0.

   Combine first 6 ingredients; let stand 5 minutes.

   Add onion and meat; mix well.

   Line a loaf pan (8 x 5 x 3-inch) with bacon across the width of pan.

   Pack meat mixture into pan.

   Bake for 1 1/2 hours.

   Remove from oven; invert meat loaf onto baking sheet and lift off pan.

   Raise oven temperature to very hot (450u00b0); return meat loaf to oven for 10 minutes to crisp bacon. Makes 6 servings.
