3 Tbsp. brown sugar
3 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. dry mustard

Mix beef, bread crumbs, sweet pepper, onion, egg, sugar, salt and 1/2 can tomato sauce. Mix remaining tomato sauce, brown sugar, vinegar and dry mustard. Pour over meat. Cross 2 slices of bacon over meat. Bake in 350u00b0 oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
