Combine 1/2 cup catsup, hamburger, eggs, chopped onion, cracker crumbs, salt and pepper to taste in a 3-quart baking dish. Combine 1/2 cup catsup, vinegar, water, brown sugar and mustard. Punch hole in meat loaf and pour sauce over top.
