Meat Loaf

   In a large bowl, combine bread crumbs, sage, pepper, egg whites, onion, garlic and milk.

   Add meat and mix lightly.

   Place in a shallow baking pan or loaf pan.

   Bake at 400u00b0 for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and carefully drain fat from pan.
