1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
1 ½ cups water
¼ teaspoon rosemary
¼ teaspoon basil
¼ teaspoon marjoram
¼ teaspoon oregano
¼ teaspoon savory
¼ teaspoon pepper
1 ½ teaspoons salt
2 cups sour cream
1 cup grated romano cheese or 1 cup parmesan cheese

Cook noodles according to package directions; drain.
