1 1/4 c. lowfat milk
1 lg. head cabbage
1 pound grnd beef
1/4 pound grnd pork
1 c. lowfat milk
2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 c. warm water

Cook rice in 1 1/4 c. lowfat milk over low heat till fluffy.

Remove cabbage leaves from head and immerse in boiling, salted water; cook till partially translucent/soft and pliable: drain.

Combine meats with 1 c. lowfat milk, salt, pepper and rice; mix thoroughly.
