third of pound of lean ground beef. Put two tablespoons of olive oil in pan, add garlic, onion to pan. Once translucent add beef and brown. While browning add three heeping tablespoons of chili powder and one heaping tablespoon of cumin. Oh, and an hour before you start put two green peppers and one onion in the oven on 400. When they're black pull 'em out and let cool, when cool remove skins and seeds, chop adn add to meat mixture. Throw in one can black beans, one can light red beans, one can of dark red beans, one can of whole kernel corn. Then add two cans of crushed tomatoes. Will probably need to add one can of water. Bring to a boil and then reduce to a simmer for about 20 minutes. spice to taste.
