Meal-In-A-Skillet(Serves 4)

   Brown 6 hamburger patties in a large iron skillet.

   Slice raw carrots over hamburgers.

   Slice onion over carrots..

   Slice potatoes over onion.

   Season to taste.

   Add water and cover.

   Cook at low to medium heat.

   Takes 1 to 1 1/2 hours, depending on the amount being cooked.

    Add water, if needed.
