1/4 c. butter
chicken stock (about 1 c.)
1 egg
1/4 c. onions

1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. salt

Place matzo crumbs in large bowl.

Finely chop onions and celery and add to crumbs.

Measure out spices and add to mixture. Heat chicken stock until hot but not boiling.
