1 tsp. g. flour
3 to 4 cloves garlic
1 tsp. garam masala
1 piece ginger
Salt, to taste
10 oz. mince
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. coriander-cumin
2 tbsp. ghee

Mince or grind together onion, garlic and ginger.

Grind mince.

Mix together ground paste, mince, gram flour, powdered spices and salt.

Mix well and knead for a few minutes.

Shape into 8-inch long sausage shapes.

Put each through a metal skewer.

Brush well with oil.

Grill over a coal fire or place skewers over a dish in a hot oven.
