Place 2 squares of chocolate on one graham cracker. Spear 2 marshmallows on a clean stick and toast over a campfire until golden, or done to your liking (remember they burn very easily). Put the marshmallows on top of the chocolate (still on the stick), then place the top graham cracker in place, pressing gently, then slide out the stick. Wait a second for the heat to slightly melt the chocolate. Repeat with the remaining graham crackers, chocolate and marshmallows.

If you don't have a campfire, you can toast the marshmallows carefully over a gas flame in the kitchen, or, heat them on a plate for about 20 seconds in a microwave, until they are puffed and gooey. Another option is to put the graham crackers on a microwave-safe plate and top with chocolate then marshmallows. Microwave for about 3 mins, or until the marshmallows are puffed and the chocolate begins to melt. Top with more graham crackers, cool slightly, then serve.
