1 tablespoon ground cumin

Combine all of the ingredients for the marinade in a bowl and form a paste.

Heat a large frying pan with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and place the pork slices in the heated pan. Let the pork saute about 3 -6 minutes, turning once. The pork will cook quickly, since it is sliced so thin, so be careful not to overcook.
