1 c. oil

1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 c. minced onion
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 lb. cubed beef, pork or venison
cherry tomatoes
fresh mushrooms
green or sweet red peppers
onions
zucchini
potatoes, parboiled
