Maple Wine Glazed Chicken Breasts With Pork And Herbs

   1. Brown pork strips in frying pan to release fat.

   2. Add chicken and brown on both sides. Set chicken aside.

   3. Add wine and maple syrup and de-glaze pan.

   4. Add garlic.

   5. Reduce liquid by 1/3 and then return chicken to pan. Removed pork strips and cut into chunks and return to pan.

   6. Add some mixed fresh herbs like oregano and tarragon. Season with salt and pepper.

   Continue reducing sauce until very thick.

   7. Garnish with parsley.
