Maple Nut Sundae

   Toast walnuts by spreading them in a shallow baking pan.

   Bake in a 400u00b0 oven for 6 to 8 minutes, stirring frequently until golden brown.

   Heat syrup and butter in medium saucepan on low heat until butter is melted.

   Remove from heat.

   Stir in nuts.

   Cool until slightly thickened.
