Manicotti With Three Cheeses

   Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

   Soften the cream cheese in microwave, if necessary.

   You have to be able to mix it later.

   Cook manicotti according to package directions.

   Drain and rinse with cold water; drain a second time.

   Spray a large baking dish with cooking spray.

   Combine 3 cups mozzarella with softened cream cheese.

   Carefully stuff the manicotti and place in baking dish.

    Spoon marinara sauce over manicotti.

    Sprinkle manicotti wtih remaining mozzarella.

    Bake for 15 minutes.

    Sprinkle with parmesan.

    Bake for 10 minutes longer.
