Pre heat oven to 200a/400a.

Make dough add all the flour,butter and seasonings blend until it resembles breadcrumbs slowly add water and pluse until a dough ball forms ,set in fridge for 30 minutes

Roll out dough ( lightly floured surface)and using a 5cm cookie cutter get upto 24 disks of dough.

brush pastry disk with beaten egg.For the filling use a teaspoon of the cold leftover spaghetti meat sauce place on one side of pastry pull other side over the meat and seal the edges place on baking tray brush again with egg.

Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and pipping hot

I served with homemade garlic sauce and wedges .enjoy
