Mandys Puff pastry triangles

   Pre heat oven to180C/350F .

   Unroll puff pastry,and cut into 6 equal squares ( they don't have to perfect just eyeball it!!)

   Add 1 heaped tablespoons of cream cheese in the middle of the pastry, do the same with 1 tablespoons salsa and cheese .

   Wet the edges of the pastry and draw the top left corner over to the bottom right corner creating the triangle ,use a fork to press the edges together to seal the pastry.

   Place on baking sheet and cook for 20-25 minutes on the middle shelf of the oven.

   Once cooked remove carefully and serve,enjoy !!!
