Mama's birthday cake

   Beat butter and sugar until creamed

   Add egg yolks one by one

   Add dried ingridients, milk and vanilla

   beat the mixture until smooth and creamy texture

   beat the egg whites until stiff

   gently mix the dough with the egg whites

   Pour the mixture into a greased pan and bake at 180 c for 30 minutes (give or take depending on the size of the cake)

   yields a 20 cm pan or 7 5 cm pans with 150 grams of mixture each
