Maki Sushi Rolls

   Flatten the nori sheet.

   Spread cheese on the nori sheet.

   Unroll 2 surimi, lay them on top of the cheese, and then add the smoked salmon.

   Roll up tightly.

   Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate.

   When ready to serve, remove the plastic wrap and cut the roll into thick slices.
