   Pre-heat oven to 350u00b0 if using a metal 13 X 9 pan, 325u00b0 if using a glass one.

   Combine crumbs with butter and press into bottom of pan.

   Pour condensed milk over the crumb mixture.

   Add the second layer by pressing the coconut over the top of the crumb/condensed milk.

   Layer the chocolate chips next.

   End with a layer of walnuts.

   Press entire mix down.

   Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until the coconut is lightly browned.

   Let the pan cool for 1 to 2 hours, then cut into bars.
