   Break bread into quarter pieces.

   Break cheese into bite-size pieces.

   Arrange shrimp, bread and cheese in several layers in a greased 2-quart casserole dish.

   Pour margarine over mixture. Beat eggs, add mustard and salt.

   Then add milk, mix and pour over casserole.

   Let stand minimum of 3 hours, preferably overnight in refrigerator, covered.

   Bake in 350u00b0 oven, covered, for 1 hour. When doubling recipe, use 3 pounds shrimp.
