Macrobiotic Muesli Cookies

   Preheat the oven to 180C.

   Put all the ingredients in a bowl, and mix well with a rubber spatula or something similar.

   Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

   Scoop up the dough with a spoon, and lay them on the baking tray.

   The dough is quite stiff, so use two spoons.

   Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes and they're done.
