Macaroni Salad

   Cook pasta to al dente in boiling salted water.

   Boil the egg, peel and chop.

   Wash tomatoes and cut into small cubes.

   Peel and dice the cucumber.

   Cut thin slices of pepper salami and cut them in half.

   Serve the macaroni on individual plates, garnish with chopped egg, tomato, cucumber, and capers.

   Top with salami.

   Season with a vinaigrette made with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
