Ingredients: 1 pkg. shell macaroni (1 lb.), cooked; 1 lb. hamburger; 1/4 c. chopped onion; 2 Tbsp. butter; 1 can corn, drained; 1 can tomatoes, chopped; 1 pkg. frozen peas; 1/2 c. celery, chopped; 1/2 tsp. red pepper; 1/2 tsp. oregano leaves; 1/2 c. chopped olives; 1 c. half and half; 2 c. sharp cheese, shredded; 4 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

1 pkg. shell macaroni (1 lb.), cooked
1 lb. hamburger
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. butter
1 can corn, drained
1 can tomatoes, chopped
1 pkg. frozen peas
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 tsp. red pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
1/2 c. chopped olives
1 c. half and half
2 c. sharp cheese, shredded
4 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Cook macaroni.

Drain and set aside.

In skillet, melt butter. Add onion and cook until done.

Set aside.

Add hamburger to pan and cook until well browned.

Mix in onion.

Put 1/2 of the macaroni in bottom of shallow baking dish.

Add meat, onion, corn, peas, tomatoes and celery.

Sprinkle red pepper, oregano and olives.

Pour half and half over top.

Add rest of macaroni and cheese and bake for 35 minutes at 375u00b0 or until cheese is melted and slightly browned.
