2 teaspoons dry mustard
3 cups milk
1/2 pound cheddar cheese, very old, sharp shredded
8 ounces pasta cooked
12 ounces luncheon meat cut into strips

1/2 cup seasoned dry bread crumbs

In a deep, 2 1/2 quart, heat-resistant, non-metallic casserole Blend in flour, salt, pepper and dry mustard stirring until Gradually stir in milk until smooth.

Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 10 minutes or until thick.

Stir frequently during last half of cooking time.

Add shredded cheese and stir until melted.
