Macaroni And Cheese

   1. Melt butter in large saucepan. Add flour and stir to make roux.

   2. Slowly add 4 cups of milk and heat until almost boiling.

   3. Add cheese and stir until melted. Salt and pepper to taste.

   4. Pour over cooked macaroni. If desired, sprinkle top with bread crumbs and top with sliced tomatoes.

   5. Bake uncovered in 350 oven 30-45 minutes, until bubbling and lightly browned on top.
